Share Information

If you need to share information across a group or your department, you can use one of the following services:

Service Description
Shared Mailbox & Calendar

Gives one or more people access to send and receive messages from a single email address not associated with an individual. Shared mailboxes also provide a common calendar. 
Shared Files and Storage Supports departmental collaboration with server space for file storage and sharing.

Departments can also take advantage of the following email services for additional sharing opportunities:

Email alias (@sanmingzhi.net)

Use to clarify the identity of the sender.
Mailing lists

Use to send email to a group using a single email address.
